RefreshLock Version History
=================================================================================
V2.21 (15 Oct 2003) : Adding some PC locking features on the tray menu,
configurable delay before monitor features activate,
changed the icon, and most importantly, RefreshLock uses
MUCH less memory now (~1MB versus ~4MB)!

V2.03 (10 Oct 2002) : Made a small change that's been annoying me... screensavers
no longer cut out the DPMS/screenblanker features!!

V2.02 (28 May 2002) : Enhanced support regarding monitor power-saving features.

V2.00 (07 May 2002) : Better mode override support, a very versatile manual
resolution changer, a few extra system tray icon menu
entries, custom modes (*as permitted by windows*) as well
as Win 95/98/98SE/Me support added to Win NT/2000/XP.

V1.48 (02 Mar 2002) : Fixed bug with Window appearing under others occasionally.

V1.47 (10 Feb 2002) : New features including System tray icon hiding, and default
                      Windows display mode optimization.

V1.43 (31 Jan 2002) : Anti-pointer flicker code improved, and a few other
                      enhancements.

V1.25 (20 Jan 2002) : Desktop icons, and windows now should not get disrupted
upon a mode override. Fixes a LOT of games if you use the
                      default settings!

V1.21 (04 Jan 2002) : Fixed an exception if the program hasn't started up
before an action, and added some nice icons to represent
                      what the program's doing.

V1.17 (03 Jan 2002) : Added a Combo Box for adjusting the previous '60Hz only'
CheckBox, to values other than 60Hz. I also put an
'Advanced Settings' button on the main dialog to stop
                      people missing them!
